Gone With The Wind
These two paintings — Breezing and Gone with the Wind — are part of a triptych involving the wind and all that it carries with it. I live in a valley where the north-south winds blow hard and regularly. In the springtime, the dandelions gossamer white tassels move in and form white masses on the highway covering the ground with their seeds. Both paintings feature a feeling of floating umbrella tufts being dispersed.
