Morend’s Castles
This painting was inspired by a piece of art done by an artist called Morend. Teyjah has created her own interpretation, but gives credit in the title of the piece out of respect to the original artist who created this painting that depicts a place in Spain called La Mancha.
Teyjah describes her painting as Shades of Don Quixote! This celebrated character presented the background to this painting. With it’s evocative peacock blue sky and oh so white windmills turning, one can almost fall into this delectable and charming painting, reminiscent of old Spain. The old traditional wagons, with their old world look, further captivates the imagination of the viewer. Enjoy!
